Over 3 years, 44 artists developed the unseen world of “Westeros.” Till now, there has not been any project where so many Game of Thrones artists worked together on one production. The exhibition shows only places of the World of Ice and Fire, which have not been seen yet.
Most artists were involved in the development of the world of Game of Thrones since the first season.
Their works have been awarded with 6 Emmys. Here at the exhibition, they show you a compete new world. Be prepared to dive into a world of fascination, excitement, and new histories.

Consequently, in allocation with George R.R. Martin, we decided that the tickets are free of charge. However, they are limited. There won’t be a box office at the exhibition itself – you must get your tickets here.

EXHIBITION EXPERIENCE AT AN UNKNOWN PLACE
The exhibition is located in a place which will not be public until the opening day. This is not a coincidence. For a long time, we were looking for an impressive place that is representative of the artwork to make this exhibition a truly amazing experience.
The Umspannwerk in Reinickendorf, Berlin is a 200-year-old complex of buildings with over 6000 m² of space and a huge system of catacombs, where one is likely to get lost. We created a tour through the old industrial monument to take you on a journey from continent to continent – Westeros, Esaus, Ulthos, Sothoryos. Every room is staged.
Two composers created a soundtrack for the exhibition. With every new place, the sound in the rooms will change as well. To give you an even deeper insight to this new world, the story for each painting is available by audio-guide. Every painting has a tracking mark, which can be activated with your smartphone.
WE CALL TO THE FLAGS
We need your help to bring the exhibition into existence. The exhibition was created by artists without a big budget. We can only make this possible with helping hands for the assembly and disassembly.
In addition, we need people who know the GOT-Universe by heart to give extra information to the visitors during the exhibition. All information will be provided to you well in advance. In return, we will give all helpers an originally signed and limited small print of one painting. To sum it up, we would need you 4-5 hours. Drinks are provided. By helping us, you will get to know the artists personally by installing the works with them and supporting them during the exhibition.
